Owners and Trainers Information For Dundalk Stadium
This section provides information tailored specifically for horse & greyhound owners and trainers, addressing common queries and offering guidance through the racing process at Dundalk Stadium.

The Owners and Trainers entrance is located at the main turnstiles. Please have your AIR pass ready to swipe at the stand in order to gain complimentary admission (pending your horse is running).
There is an allocation of guest passes; please follow link for full details depending on your ownership type: www.racehorseownership.ie/tickets
There is an Owners & Trainers Lounge reserved exclusively for the use of owners & trainers with a runner on the day/evening; it is situated on the 1st floor of the Stadium.
A complimentary 2 course meal with tea/coffee is provided. 4 meal vouchers are allocated per horse owner and 4 per syndicate.
There is a provision for you to purchase extra meal vouchers for your guests at a preferential rate of just €10.
There are two screens located within the lounge showing racing at home and away in addition to views of the parade ring.
All owners and trainers with a declared runner on a race day/evening are entitled to avail of a discounted 4 course dining package at €45pp within The View Restaurant at Dundalk Stadium.
Dundalk Stadium has 130 boxes that will be allocated upon arrival.
Bedding is provided for horses at all race meetings (both paper & woodchip).

Bedding is provided for horses stabling overnight (both paper and woodchip). Hayage is also available.
Work on the track can be arranged for overnighters; with prior consultation with the grounds staff.

Trials are on a first come, first serve basis.
All entries must be submitted before 1pm via text on Mondays in order to be considered for racing that week.

Before Saturday racing; there are 3 available qualifying trials subject to company/managers discretion.
Trials must be booked by text through racing office. Please state your name, trial and a guide time and you will receive a slot back by text.
Please note that dogs arriving to the stadium with Derry form will be subject to a rise in class. Each dog will be treated with guidelines set down by the IGB. If any issues with the rule please refer the guidelines set out by the IGB. A COPY OF THE GUIDELINES SET DOWN BY IGB TO DUNDALK TRACK
CAN BE OBTAINED BY REQUEST.
The car park is open from 9am-12pm on Sundays should you wish to leave your car overnight on Saturdays.
