CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE!
On behalf of the Irish Harness Racing Association, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our very own Eoin Murphy on his incredible success in the 2026 European Apprentice Championships!
With this being Ireland’s first time hosting such a prestigious event, we can now proudly say that it will go down in history as the year the host nation took home the trophy!
What an incredible achievement and a moment to remember for Irish Harness Racing.
Congratulations also to our fantastic runners-up, Spain, and to Malta, who secured third place.
Finally, a huge congratulations to all of our competitors. You represented your nations with tremendous pride and sportsmanship across five amazing races, showcasing the very best of European Harness Racing.
Well done to everyone involved in making the 2026 European Apprentice Championships such a memorable and historic event!
