Starter

Cream of seasonal vegetable soup

Baked cannelloni of mixed mushrooms and leek served with a parmesan and cream sauce

Greek salad - cos lettuce, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese served with citrus dressing

Smoked salmon plate - thinly sliced smoked salmon with capers, red onion, chili and coriander dressing served with Guinness bread

Chicken and smoked bacon vol au vent served with mixed lettuce

Main Course

Grilled Irish Sirloin steak cooked to your liking, battered onion rings with a peppercorn sauce

Honey and mustard baked ham with roasted turkey, fresh sage and onion stuffing, pork chipolatas wrapped in bacon served with a pan gravy

Herb crusted roast rump of Slaney Valley Irish Lamb with colcannon, sauteed fine bean, bacon and onion served with a rosemary jus

Baked fillet of hake served on a bed of creamed orzo pasta with grilled asparagus

Broccoli and cashel blue cheese quiche served with creamed spinach and ratatouille vegetables
