Starter Course

Cream of summer vegetable soup

Chilled three melon and fresh pineapple cocktail with mango and passion fruit sorbet

Champion's Caesar salad, Cos lettuce with crispy bacon, croutons, freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and a light garlic dressing

Deep- fried creamy Brie cheese with candied walnuts and wild cranberry chutney

Cold water prawn cocktail, crisp shredded lettuce topped with Icelandic prawns, Marie rose sauce, served with fresh lemon and brown bread

Main Course

Grilled 10oz Irish sirloin steak cooked to your liking with grilled vine tomato and black peppercorn sauce

Honey and chilli roast breast of Cherry Valley Lincolnshire duckling with broccoli, water chestnuts, cashews and black bean sauce

Lemon and herb gratinated fillet of salmon with colcannon, buttered asparagus and lemon and chive beurre blanc

Pollo Fungi - garlic and herb basted supreme of chicken with sautéed wild mushrooms and creamed Cep sauce

Mixed vegetable lasagne with tomato and basil sauce and three cheese cream glaze

Chocolate orange cheesecake with Jersey milk ice cream

Brandy snap basket filled with Tickety Moo Irish ice creams, fresh fruit sorbet served with strawberry coulis and crisp wafer biscuits
