Q: What nights do you race?
A: We host live greyhound racing every Monday, Friday and Saturday evening at 7.45pm alongside live Inter Track racing from Shelbourne Park and Harold's Cross. We will host 26 all-weather horse fixtures in 2009; please check out the fixture listing section for upcoming race meetings.
Q: What time do you open?
A: The turnstiles open at 6.30pm every evening on greyhound race nights and 5:30pm on horse race nights.
Q: How many races are there each night?
A: There are no more than 12 live greyhound races each night and 7 live horse races.
Q: What time is the last race?
A: The last greyhound race is approximately 10.20pm and the last horse race is approximately 9:40pm.
Q: How is racing broken down on a dual fixture night?
A: There are 7 live horse races, followed by 8 greyhound races.
Q: Can I sponsor a race?
A: Yes we have packages available to cater for all budgets. Please contact us for further details.
Q: Is booking essential for the restaurant?
A: It is essential that all restaurant and 'Home Straight Special' bookings are made in advance and a deposit is required for restaurant bookings.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: There is a smart casual code in operation throughout the stadium; however, baseball caps, tracksuit bottoms etc will not be acceptable attire.
Q: Is there other food available apart from restaurant food?
A: There is a Mullen's fast food outlet available on the ground floor and Silk's carvery is operational on horse race nights.
Q: Is there entertainment after racing?
A: Yes there is entertainment provided after racing every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening in the top bar.
Q: Is there wheelchair access?
A: The stadium is wheelchair friendly and we have a lift available for use. There are disabled toilets available also.
Q: Is there a cash machine?
A: Yes there is a cash machine located on the top floor of the stadium.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Children are very welcome at Dundalk Stadium. If there are babies please let us know in advance and we can organise high chairs for the restaurant.
Q: Do you have a car park?
A: Yes we have a 24 hour secure car parking facility.
Q: What credit cards are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards alongside American Express and Laser.
Q: Can I purchase a video or photograph of a race?
A: If you contact reception at the Hospitality Suite entrance one of the team would be happy to facilitate your request.
